Redoe has extensive experience in the manufacturing of injection molds for seat trim. We have built a range of molds in two materials and used zero parting line inserts for parting line grain match.
A, B, C Pillars
For this type of injection mold there is a focus on designing the injection mold for lower cycle times for A, B, and C Pillars. We have also built molds for pillars out of engineering grade aluminum to improve cycle time and a slight reduction in the cost. We have access to local grain and texture facilities.
Structural Seat Technical Bracket
Redoe has experience in building molds with high glass fiber content, understanding and compensating for part warpage. Redoe is equipped to build injection molds for components that would run in a 40 up to a 2500 ton press. Redoe`s design staff can handle complex molds. Understanding in advance what is needed to be tuned on a plastic component allows for an efficient mold commissioning.

We have also built molds for pillars out of engineering grade aluminum to improve cycle time and a slight reduction in the cost. We have access to local grain and texture facilities. Redoe`s design team concentrates on decreasing the mold cycle time in the initial stages of mold manufacture.

Multi-Material Injection Mold Specialists
Redoe has extensive experience in the design and build of multi-material injection molds. We have the specialized processes that allow for the critical fitting of multi- shot molds. Redoe has built rotary molds, conventional rotary molds, spin form molds, hot transfer molds, cold transfer molds, and shuttle molds.
